Interview with Charlie and Jenny
JM: What types of facilities were available to help pass the time?
Charlie: Just a couple playing cards ,reading,sleeping or
watching t.v.
Jenny: none
JM: Did you have regular access to the entertainment or was competition fierce? Give details.
Charlie: The only entertainment was the t.v. and yes the
competition was fierce.
Jenny: yes its your self
JM: Did you have a hard time staying in shape while in jail?
Charlie: yes nothing to do unless you were fortunate to
have a job.
Jenny: nope
JM: How often did you get to go outside? What did you do outside if you were allowed to? If you were not allowed to go outside what could you do for exercise?
Charlie: every day for an hr if it was not raining.
Jenny: one hour everyothrday in small area
JM: Did the jail offer church services? If so, what were they like and when were they held?
Charlie: They were generic non-denominational and if they
did not cater to your particular religion boring.
Jenny: HELD IN VISIT AREA THE LADIES ARE ALWAYS NICE
